For families with pools, it is wise to consider putting up a pool safety fence. Doing so will dramatically increase the safety of all family members especially babies and toddlers. They’re curious and when you add their surprising speed for their age, you have dangerous combination on your hands. I remember being surprised at the speed at which my toddler ended up everywhere. It made me feel like a bad parent, but in reality it was just that toddlers have an insatiable appetite so they’re always on the move to find something they can get into.
