Safe Baby Toys
Parents face many challenges when raising their children. We’re constantly faced with choices that can sometimes be confusing. One such area is the hunt for safe baby toys.
Here are some tips to keep in mind when you’re looking to buy something this Christmas for your child or somebody else’s:
- Inspect the toy for sharp edges or moving parts that could pinch baby’s fingers
- No strings longer than 7 inches
- Toys that have been handed down should be cleaned thoroughly and be inspected by parents closely because they may have been made during a time when regulations may be considered outdated.
- No parts should pose a risk of coming off and being swallowed
Finding safe baby toys can be fun, but should always include age-appropriateness and parental inspection.
